Comment: Many of the gold names in the space that are well known are watching the Shanghai Gold Exchange prices vs Comex to see if there is a premium in the latter. Commentators also said that stock prices could follow if history repeated itself ie gold price rises, so do stocks. The analogy is that if one watches property prices, then one has to take in Sydney given it is at the very top of the global index.
