That is because we have nothing of value left.
We are at a $13M market cap and have just lost $21M+ by lending unsecured funds to AJQ, a company controlled by our management.
Then we have rushed into an expensive and dilutive loan to buy back AJQ and missed out.

It is like you and I going to a 2nd tier lender to take out an expensive loan prior to a house auction. Rocking up to the auction and not being the highest bidder.

Poor form.

Management are still taking the legal pathway to get their hands on AJQ. I bet the lawyers told them they have a high chance of winning the case
