The recipient of the options, Choice (Dubbo) is owned by the family that run ASX listed MAAS group.
Bizzell is on the board of MAAS but doesn't have any direct ownership of the options. My guess is he works for Wes Maas and when DGR needed funds he tapped the nearest rich bloke he knew on the shoulder.
MAAS are already DGR shareholders, they were no. 11 in the top 20, now no 2 after Tenstar .
