    I believe someone is taking position in DGR. I wouldn't be surprised if it is Sprott taking position. Late last year I saw an interview with Rick Rule stating they will be taking position in all prospect generators as they see them as great risk aversion in the speculation market. In the interview he said they would be taking position early 2019.
