    Part 3:

    How did this all start?
A report was issued which said this is not a Z piece. Few were nuanced enough to see the obvious major contradiction. It was stated very clearly.

Anyhow, fast forward came the elections. A news agency article was posted which was BEHIND time stating that if Perez, the 3rd runner won, it could affect mining. However, this was in fact BEHIND the REAL RESULTS.

Solaries CEO gave a link to REAL-TIME COUNTS [Ecuadorian listed co in Canada and has a project near Solgold*s Porvenir].

Lastly, many are not acquainted with Oyu Tolgoi and other such large projects and how they transitioned. So, the expectations when NOT met immediately caused another set of chaos. One can see that in the World Top 10 Copper development projects, many of them have been around for yonks waiting for a time when supply vs demand is favourable or very favourable. For this reason, it is generally known that unless the price is right, new mines will not come to the market place. Robert Friedland covered this topic well in many articles.

______Finally, it is about the FINANCIALISATION OF ASSET/S. THIS IS THE TRANSITION PHASE FOR SOLGOLD._____

A case in point would be Havieron. A new CEO has been appointed as the last CEO was a asset fund manager and he informed much earlier that he would not be the CEO when the decision to mine arrived. Again, folks there had built their expectations to fever pitch hence why retail stocks appear to be that way. The co is trying to LOOK FOR A 2ND MAJOR ASSET [exploration] but as yet, nothing yet.

So, not something unknown in the market. At the HEART OF THE MATTER is how Solgold now goes forward. Thankfully, in the case of Solgold, there appears to be a potential 2ND ASSET ie Porvenir although it is at an early ;stage with some 3 holes revealed. In my first post, I have stated what CruxInvestor said and their allocation of value at this stage [Caveat: I cannot be held for external views]. So, any accountant will know that if the SPEND vs DISCOVERY [VALUE CURVE] produces an asset, then this asset/S all count?

Then comes, the FINANCIALISATION of these asset/S and how to manage this transition with experiential skill of par excellence?

All the majors have to make this decision almost daily. However, for Solgold it has not yet reached this stage but is at Stage 1 of this transition from explorer to production or will it be a resource house etc?
No one knows as it is a decision for the next CEO to make etc. I am not privy as no one has said anything yet.

Finally, the share price went to 20.5p and it bounced to 23p at one point on Fri. So, folks already went in due to the mis-pricing of the election results etc.

I am in a hurry as I am catching a late lunch. So pardon typos as I will not be editing.

I am having a wait and see position as to what will be said about strategy next from the co ie from the decision maker.

    DYOR.
