SJN mentioned the company is talking with Cornerstone about a merger.
to me it makes sense for that to occur before anyone makes an offer for SOLG. that way they can pick up 100% not 85%
cornerstone have to pay for their 15% of all costs incurred after the PFS is released so they have incentive to do a deal now.
I hope for a merger now, then offer for SOLG at the end of the year.
