I should expand on my comment. Alpala is a gem, but what's presented in the PFS is a cut version of heart of the stone or the jewel in the crown. The other 50% plus they are ignoring or trying to.
I listened to Daniel Chuzzubo's presso last night and it fleshed out a number of aspects. Further I've had time to do some thinking and will roll them out as you, me and NM fight to get fair value.

I see one key element, Rcee pointed out, as the 15% owned by Cornerstone with cross share holdings with SOLG. There will need to be an agreement between the two which will put an implicit value on Solgold.
Unfortunately NM previously started that discussion/ fight with a headlock.
Now we have two parties with a firm grip on each others knackers. At least it conducive to get each party to listen.

Oh, and in that they were all ahead of us with preliminary agreement to play nice.
