A CR lowering the T/O price and increasing their holding was BHP & NCM 's preference to a streaming agreement. They via Chuzzubo recently said they want to buy out the second part of FN's agreement.
Wasn't the PFS conveniently framed to indicate they could add $1-1.8B with a PFS Addendum and FDS.
I don't think they'll fully get away with it though. You're right a some point they have to make a bid with some real price discovery.
