IMO, Jason is more of a "Hands On" in the field individual, he has a good understanding and due respect with the Local Ecuadorian People and you can tell he is passionate about his calling in Ecuador. I think his valuable time is essential in this role more so than on the Board. He still has a reasonable holding % in the Company, so it should not matter that he is not acting as a Director. If Jason were to pack up and leave, I would have my concerns, he has been with SOLG since early days and will continue to be a Valuable Member of the team. GLTA.
