Dear Mr Collins
Yesterday I asked under what legislative, regulatory or ministerial authority NAIF intends an overseas entity, J - Power, to access the above loan.
Will you tell me if NAIF and the FIRB are parties to NSW Supreme Court, Case 2024/00188463.
Has the NSW Supreme Court been made aware of this matter?
If it has, will you provide documentary evidence of that?
Yours sincerely

Mr Chris Collins.
Justice Black.
NAIF and FIRB are not parties to NSW Supreme Court Case 2024/00188463.
Wonder if you or someone else would care to explain?
The acronym, FIRB, appears 72 times in the 373 pages of the ASX Announcement about the release of the Transaction Booklet.
Hope I am wrong but learning what I have learnt, makes the word collusion springs to my mind.
Where do I find the FIRB decision?
Do you think Senator Andrew Bragg, given his role as Chair of the Economics Reference Committee and involvement in the inquiry into ASIC’s response reports of misconduct, might be interested in this situation?
Yet again I ask, have Ministers King and Gallagher been comprehensively briefed?
Yours sincerely
