@Cungi; probably while talking with Belinda in Minister Gallagher's Parliamentary Office I received Mr Chris Collins response. It is craftsman like and clearly written by a legally trained wordsmith. By reading the response I appreciated why Chris received the Government Lawyer of the Year 2024 Award.
Whoever is given the task of preparing the promised response from Mr Patrick Cronan and/or Minister Gallagher, (likely Ms Louise Sasaki), will be treading on a minefield by the takeover plot and ASIC's decision to turn a blind eye to my Report of Misconduct.
That said NAIF's response does not address crucial issues, issues which have not been addressed and are of sufficient gravity that the Transaction Booklet should not have been approved and issued to Genex Power Ltd shareholders.
Seemingly GTLaw and MinterEllison have withheld the above crucial issues from Mr Justice Ashley Black's Court?
I will post Mr Collins's response when I have sent my response to him.
I lack Mr Collins's skills and training so it will take some time to do.
We now wait for Dr Ralph Craven's response?
