    Slow accumulation is better than what we had a taste of a few weeks ago, imo.
    UNLESS
    the news comes through on the scope in Mono.
    AND
    possible news on happenings in Indo.

    THEN
    a massive hike, imo (dyor!) is justified, and quite possibly, the sky's the limit?
