Well, this chart is already out of date, as LGL is trading at 4.03 as I write. It's screamed up and through its 25% retracement. If it can hold today, will be a very bullish signal.
Friday was strange, volume-wise. My suspicion is that far more action than we suspect is coming from US overnight traders. Additionally, when prices fall too far, sellers will not sell at that price and buyers bid too low, counting on a capitulation. Maybe Friday was as simple as that.
