Let's see what UK does next few days. UK generally trading far higher volumes, maybe the local holder is fatigued on this oner and thinks it is too far away, especially with lots of other small caps running.
To my mind WLF has met it's milestones to date, and arranging funding over the last few months must have been very difficult considering the Euro environment and the state of their banks, so another tick.
