re: for defabster TOX ought to stop quoting EBITDA. That is fine for days when financially stressed - but those are over (hopefully). Time to mature and get rid of references to EBITDA, get a grip on investor relations and understand that for a small cap company it is extremely important to 'market' themselves. That isn't to say they should be all talk - just tell the story clearly and in a way that will attract investors.
Insto's are accumulating - I have no doubt about that - but I will be very p!ssed off if with all this uncertainty caused by acquisition talk they do a placement at these levels as really with smarter investor relations the share price would be higher and at levels where a placement would give less dilution.
This mob has me confused - not too sure about them just yet. I hold because of the business they are in and the niche market that gets an 8 to 9 out of 10 in my ranking. Their investor relations and smarts in 'managing' their share price to reflect their financial performance gets a score of zero to 2 - very uninspiring.
