I've initially invested because I like golds and the rising gold price. I'm interested in any companies that are going to explore actively especially in good historical ground, with stable geo-politicals, have some cash & a fair chance to get some resource proved up. I like VIC as the Govt. seems more keen these days in getting behind the companies. I appreciate your view of Andrew King SCD which seems to place him alongside the finest luminaries in the Oz mining industry. I'm looking for a wider balanced assessment as well. I hadn't heard of him before these posts and either have some of my mining investor cohorts it seems. A cursory glance of the GDR board doesn't ring many bells either. Two are based in London, the MD is based in Perth and the other 2 are non-exec yet they are a Vic focused company. Why I asked is I'm considering getting longer but now want to know a bit about management as I add some risk. I am trying to remain objective. Don't take it personally but objectivity on GDR doesn't seem your strong suit! It's now a company moving out of the little leagues but has much to prove. Any fool (like me) can tell you that. I like what I see so far though..... cheers for now - enjoy the jousting.
