    I agree, I would most definitely cop another cap-raising to buy some more acreage and expand the portfolio.

    The best idea might be to wait another month or so, to give the SP a chance of moving onto the next level (which i believe it should imo), as 2 cap raisings at pretty much exactly the same share price, only 2 or so months apart would be scorned upon by alot of investors.
