Look at the past trading and volume:
23/3 61m volume
24/3 29m
then no real accumulation
25/3-1/4 between 2 and 9m per day.
Then bang, 2/4 33m accumulated.
We are in the middle of that same cycle, it is the only way for any re accumulation to occur.
