solid energy story implications

I just heard the news re Solid Energy closing mine and slashing jobs: http://www.theaustralian.com.au/business/mining-energy/solid-energy-to-close-mine-and-slash-jobs/story-e6frg9df-1226480586260

After reading the story on Solid Energy, I'm more confident than ever that BTU will come out on top and the greenies will be sucking eggs on another cause.

Bathurst's input into the economy, an actual concern for the environment, as well as a truckload of much-needed jobs ... it's a no-brainer IMO that the court decision will be in our favour.

I'll be glad when all this silliness is over and done with!
