Ive been doing this for 15 years . Every time there is a fall out there are many people that follow stocks comforting each other by posting on the value of any given stock-- but the stock keeps falling and finally people give up when the obvious is clear-- the said resource was not that good after all. My point is that all least 50%plus of a spec share price in a bull cycle is sentiment and when the cycle turns bear that 50% goes so unless you are a geologist that really understands the ground plus you gotta understand the corporate culture of the company--you gotta cut and run early. How many times have you been to Perth mixing it with the players I sold 80% of my holdngs in spec end august thro dec. Prior to that you did not need to know much about the specs as the bigger fool theory was in play. Write chqs get stock sell , repeat until momentum stops then sell. New players need this info so next time they dont get caught
