Pretty disappointing
They have had a substantial cost blowout despite increased occupancy rates. Would be good if they addressed the reasons for this rather than pushing some fluffy industry stuff about the positive outlook. For example, what was the hit from poor performance in Adelaide? And why wasn’t the market informed earlier? What do the blow outs in consulting and other costs relate to?
