If you are saying the SPP will reward sholders @ 7.5C, wouldn't it be better as a s/holder to buy $5,0000 worth of shares NOW at 6.1c (and get a MASSIVE 25% MORE SHARES NOW for FREE.)
Using your 7.5c theory:
Eg. IF you wait for the SPP at 7.5c, you will get 15,000 LESS SHARES, compared with buying the stock at current prices.
Secondly....I still think the SPP price will be based on a 5 Day Weighted average price
Thirdly, There are now toooo many S/holders on the books holding $500 or so shares to be eleibile for the SPP. Thus, there is a HIGH chance of a scale back of allocation, so REDEUCING the amount of shares you could have held if you bought at current prices.
In conclusion: Compared with current prices, the SPP at 7.5c is NOT in the best interest of s/holders !
