The market is starting to disconnect from reality.
For example, the gold price has come off about 7% for the year, yet many miners today, including SLR have come off more than this for the today alone!

Secondly, the gold price was partly bolstered from some runs from the euro when it looked bad. Well it looks just as bad now. Ireland for example is currently bordering on becoming the next Iceland.

JPM is inflating it's earnings with interest credits from defaulting homes when people have walked away, pushing reserves into earnings because we are apparently through all the problems and some banks are now walking away from foreclosures because they cost more to try and sell, whilst derivatives are still trading on them!

I for one haven't lost my affinity with gold and might as well back a horse that can deliver.

Will gold run, today, tomorrow who knows, but when it does
SLR will be knocking out bars like candy and I'm now heavy again in SLR and happy to wait it out!
