It's the way the market works. Pro's use market psychology, they target people's emotions (weak hands) by selling it down or dumping a small amount to keep the prices low. The people they target get frustrated sell it down further by selling at a loss or small profit because they think it's going backwards.

Determination and persistence is key IMO. Hold with conviction if you believe in it
