It certainly is a little gem. I got into it after the GFC back in early 2009 and it has been a reliable and steady performer so that its now my biggest holding, which makes me a little nervous because the shares are so illiquid. I think the low liquidity is off-putting for instos and larger investors. It was an issue for me when I tried to cash up back in February ahead of Covid, and then again when I bought back in early April.
