Good comments re liquidity RTheo. I spoke to management about the liquidity a couple of years ago when it was a lot worse and suggested they issue shares for a % of the acquisition price when they purchase FUM. They have done this on a small scale for a few acquisitions. Not sure how else they could increase liquidity as it's tightly held and they are unlikely to do a large acquisition with a discounted cap raising. If you have a large position and you wanted to cash up some stock I'm pretty certain with the right broker you'd be able to do a crossing to a fund.
