Management focus to reduce vacancies from 77% to 85-90% over the next 12 months will be a huge boost as most of this revenue will go straight onto the bottom line, profits.
SRV management are very competent and don't over promise so even if they only achieve 85% or an 8% improvement that would be in the order of about $20m onto the NPBT profit line.
This would have SRV earning ~$50m and currently its market cap at the current SP minus cash on the books is about $230m with no debt.
Huge upside here with little downside.
