Petepan...I took the determination to increase occupancy rates as a decision to reduce prices...so that would be lower margins.?..perhaps I misunderstand .Anyway this is one shareholding I dont worry much about,because the projected future earnings increase is so easily understood,and as someone said ,the management is so good.Wonder how CBA got their shares,volume being almost nothing.
