Good entry point here and now. IMO.
Only a couple of months until the increased divs are paid in Dec.
Why do I say increased divs?
They announced at the last annual report that profits from the WA and NT businesses will now be paid as dividends rather than re-invested in those states. That and the fact that profits increased another 20% in the last period.
