Is the Nickel surphate, Cobalt that AUZ or ARL and others propose to mine, to be used purely into electric car battery market?
I see lots of problems with that.
Yes scandium maybe used in future car bodies, so that could be promising.
Im still struggling to understand the end market.
The battery makers are largely Korean and Chinese. The batteries are lasting far longer and dropping in price. Cathodes etc can be recycled. The batteries are relativelyb inexpensive but worst of all use only a small amount of Cathode metal. Plus there are plenty of substitute metals. Eg Manganese sulphate
The end market must be far more than just electric vehicle batteries. Anyone?
