    There is 0% chance this cobalt stays in the ground. It is the biggest deposit outside of africa, and car and battery companies will be getting desperate for supply. Everybody knows anybody producing battery grade nickel and cobalt sulphate outside of africa will sell most of it out prior to producing their first bucket. Your 1 in 6 is nonsense.
