That was a big buyer yesterday. It soaked up everything at 16 cents. Whenever it got hit it just adjusted its buy amount. Smells like institutional buying and could be the turning point.

It will be interesting to see if the buyer is their today.

Assuming they picked up a million yesterday that would equate to $160,000 which is a drop in the ocean. If it is an institution then they will want a lot more than that.

The back page of the Fin Review today talks about the effects of Basel 2 regulations and the less risk capital our banks are required to hold. The same would apply to banks all around the world which makes ITE an even more attractive proposition and definitely a super growth stock.
