Correct under ASX rules.
This is why IPO must be delayed, how long we will know soon.
Management just need to be careful not to make the release focus on a delay "due to market conditions". With no PO info people will see straight through that and they may have a significant sell down issue on their hands. I think they are much smarter than that - no issue with a delay if it is framed correctly.
