Cash came from selling Catahoula Lake and Another cap raising. Since June 2008, OTE have raised roughly $12 million in cap raisings, used to pay expenses and buy non performing assets.

i am not sure what Cygnet can do for OTE, seeing as they have been involved with Otis since 2008, except possibly replace management. It will be interesting to hear what the change of direction is. I can not remember what they were into before oil and gas but totally unrelated. It used to be called Future Corporation and before that Telco Australia so has had many changes of direction already.
