ote at .001 & .002 was virtual cash back & you had plenty of time to get stock at those prices i dont defend current board at all the best thing to maybe come is they all go & new guard come in , cygnet have got ITT to mkt cap of $7 mill & GRK $10 mill both were previous basket cases as OTE is now a pure shell with a stated change of direction & hopefully a new board, and at least OTE has $2mill cash as a starting point and at .03 $4.5 mill mkt cap DYOR
