    a few at .02 going thru .OTE have stated a change of direction for the company,they have $1.8 mill cash & seem to be in care & maintenance mode OTE comes from cygnet capital stable recent change of direction companies from cygnet include ITT ,, & recent GRK , OTE one to watch.DYOR
