    pls do not get lost in definitions of democracy. As you say, in the count of shareholders each shareholder was worth one. And 2 out of 3 voted For, and lost 40% of the possible payout. In our elections, 50% plus one delivers government. Flogging a dying horse is not very useful.
    In my honest considered opinion.
