just facts, twice CTP put the vote on hold plenty came on with doom or gloom if we don't sell
I just believe you should of had some gumption to fight instead of capitulating so easily.
Remember many respect you as a previous director therefore they listened to what you had to say and you wanted to agree with the vote.
your point that you should of sold doesn't make sense and to me you were willing to receive the pain of a loss but wanted to vote yes to ensure everyone took the same loss and that's not good,
Stand tall this time and fight for fair value
