If there is news on the way (days away maybe?) then it could be the seismic results of Pagani which have numbers attached.. Perhaps the shallow basin has been assessed and proved to be hot enough for viable hydrocarbon production? Who knows.. Lake Albert was shallow and has proven to be a multi billion oil producing basin..
The technicals on the chart may be why we're seeing this spike upwards like this however. The MACD looks great and we have increased volume so we may have a few chart chasers in the mix too.
Anyway here's hoping news is on the way (shortly that is) and its some unexpected news!
