I am sure that the new management will say something if its appropriate.
I think 7c savings per transaction would be welcome if it were to happen but not really material if it didnt.
What I guess I'm saying is that the old management gave us plenty of feel good stories to fill in for the fact that the bloody banks were dragging direct charging out as long as possible. China was one story, SPS another etc etc. I question the wisdom of creating IP and all the associated costs when you can buy the technology off the shelf. How much management time, energy and capital have been spent on getting to where we are today with SPS, when we could be subcontracting out a commoditised service.
