I really liked yesterday - I picked up some IOF at $1.40, which looks like a fair price given the price performance of the fund over the past 2 or 3 months.
Solid earnings - with growing rental returns in a tight office market in Australia.
Relatively conservative gearing ratio - not as excessive as some, but still enough of a concern to see IOF trade at a discount.
Strong management.
I can only hope it gaps down to $1.40 again next time I have a bit of spare cash.
