Senegal Government will do what is best for their country. That is play it by the book as their credibility internationally is crucial to them. Also what is best for their country and them also politically. There is criticism and opponents in Senegal ready to jump on any little thing so they will not want anything held up if possible but will follow due process. AIMO of course.
