Thats assuming that FARs backers don't weigh in.........nothing stopping them bidding. Icant see it happening even though I have made the case for WPL to take FAR out. The price per barrel would still be cheap if FAR got 30 cps.........unless of course the price WPL actually paid was way more than announced. Imo DB
