Great point Szaba,

However I believe that the whole problem is COP have not disclosed ALL the information to FAR.

If COP had been transparent from the start with FAR and said we wish to sell out and the deal comes with an extra$600m of debt, FAR would have said thanks very much. But we dont want it and you are entitled to sell to whomever wants it. (And now we know your 35% is worth really $1billion not $400m)

If they are selling their stake only for $400m and advertising this as such, FAR find this more than reasonable! So FAR may well have the backing for this.
Now the problem is COP have done the wrong thing and it will be exposed and may have shafted themselves of the $600m debt.....

OR

In actual fact their find is valued at say $1bill which is way more than current valuation of $400 and we cant PE but our share price is actually worth 18cents

Either way we win if they have infact done the wrong thing - which I believe they have and we are about to really get our true worth either way IMO!
