Minimum of 25 million and maximum of 30 million CHESS Depository Interests (CDIs)

The Offer includes a pro-rata priority offer of up to 6.25 million Shares (to raise up to A$1.25 million) to eligible Latin Resources Limited shareholders (Priority Offer).
Issue price of A$0.20 per share.
Solis will issue one (1) free attaching unlisted option (Option) for every two (2) New CDIs issued pursuant to the IPO. The Options will be exercisable at 30 cents (A$0.30) with an expiry date 2 years from the date of listing.
Use of Funds:
Exploration at the Mostazal Copper Project (Chile), including ~4,000m of diamond drilling;
Staged option payments in respect of the acquisition of the Mostazal Project;
Exploration activities at the Ilo Este and Ilo Norte Projects (Peru); and
Costs of the Offer and general working capital purposes.
