Noone in the Retail space has more front than Myers
More front than Myers, who ? Noone
That alone is a huge chunk of value for all the new things that will be brought to market in future.
In reality there is peanuts to be made in selling socks and jocks, shirts and dresses and shoes.
There is big Coin in selling Electric cars, Smart fridges, High tech, Home management systems etc etc.
Be that a power plant, battery for the home or countless other big ticket items.
Even real estate developments, cars, boats, Holidays, Home reno packages, Insurance, Home loans, etc etc.
All these things could fit inside the Front and inside the retail space of Myers.
Even Food, coffee, Pharacuticals, Fitness promos, etc etc, pretty mch anything could fit inside the space.
The fact that mamagement just sell shoes and socks, undies, shirts, dresses and makeup, dosnt mean that a rethink couldnt restucture what they sell and how they sell it in the future to boost the earnings.
Many smarter big money players would know that the Myer model could double its earnings with a smarter Business Plan.
That makes it a takeover target, because its clear that it wouldnt take a genius to crunch some numbers on floor space verses yield and the equasion would highlight many other Products that would yield better bang for buck from the Floor space.
