Why am I not surprised? When FMG was at the stage that FMS is at now, I was impressed by the way in which approvals were granted quickly and with apparent ease. This very subtle point was missed by journalists at the time, but to me it stood out like the proverbials.

There is an 'oversupply scare' being mustered now by a few analysts, who must wonder why they are still writing columns and missing the millions. Probably there will be one day, which just confirms my personal philosphy that opportunites must be grabbed with both hands when they occur.

I suggest that the tragedy in Japan has changed things a little with regard to supply of metals of all kinds.
