Deet, I just remain in the real world. If the shareholder u mentioned, did advise RM not to purse exploration expenditure over the grounds until the litigation was decided, and m'ment did not heed such advice, then that would support the views that no one has any industry related idea how to run this company.
If on the other hand that industry experienced entity supported RM and BOD's decision to spend/gamble shareholders funds, with no regard for the strong possibility of losing both the litigation and company funds (which is what has transpired) then they are all in good company, albeit incapable of making any prudent corporate decisions.
May well be they were never asked for their advice and have been similarly taken along on this junket ride like the rest of the s'holders.
