gannp, its almost identical to the release that came out 9:30pm the evening before. By the timing of the post (the link, not yours) it would have been released almost simulatenously with avq's. It was information already known about. In saying that, it would do avq the world of good to get further clarification from within the government and restore investor sentiment.
