If the statement refers to Axiom would it be legal to open on ASX tomorrow?

A lot of people will be uninformed of this new development and will buy accordingly.

Would it be a fair assumption to believe that Axiom would have been informed of this development?

If it is not Axiom would it be in their interests to issue a statement to that effect immediately?

What now as far as bidding tomorrow?
